Information is deleted or anonymized by Agus Budiono as soon as it no longer serves the purpose it was collected and processed for. Agus Budiono stores Data only as per Applicable Laws.

Force Majeure

You agree that You shall not hold Agus Budiono responsible or liable for any non-performance of any obligations under this Privacy Policy, if such non-performance arises due to events including but not limited to:

• Floods, fire, earthquakes or any natural disaster or acts of god.
• Riots, war or any such act of violence.
• Epidemics/Pandemics
• Unprecedented technical errors including but not limited to network errors, unforeseen down time of the internet and power outages affecting internet services.
• Hacking
• Global internet shutdowns.

• Any other reason beyond the Company's control.

Limitation of Liability

You further agree, that You shall not hold Agus Budiono liable for any unauthorized disclosure or leakage of your Personal Information, directly or indirectly, by Agus Budiono or any third-party. Agus Budiono shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or remote damages arising out of or in connection with this privacy policy. The total liability of Agus Budiono in the event of breach of this privacy policy shall not exceed the actual amount received by Agus Budiono from you.
